Every client begins with comprehensive testing to establish a baseline before entering one of our physician-supervised wellness programs. This allows us to identify underlying imbalances, optimize your health strategy, and determine which program may be most appropriate for your goals.

Our process is designed to ensure that every recommendation is based on objective data, physician oversight, and your individual health needs.

Step 1: Complete Your Advanced Blood Panel

Before starting any Fusion Wellness program, all clients are required to complete an Advanced Blood Panel.

What Happens Next?

  1. Purchase your Advanced Blood Panel.

  2. The Fusion Wellness team will send you a link to schedule your blood draw appointment.

  3. Your blood sample will be collected and sent to the laboratory for testing.

  4. Laboratory testing typically takes approximately 5 business days.

  5. Once you receive your results, email them to:

Step 2: Choose Your Program

After reviewing your bloodwork and discussing your goals, you'll select the program you would like to request for physician review.

Important Notice

Selecting a program is considered a treatment request only.

After discussing your goals with a Fusion Wellness specialist, your request will be submitted to a licensed physician for review.

The physician will evaluate:

  • Your Advanced Blood Panel

  • Medical intake form

  • Medical history

  • Current medications

  • Treatment goals

Based on this review, the physician will determine whether you are an appropriate candidate for the requested treatment.

Approval for any medication, peptide, or treatment cannot be guaranteed.

Step 3: Complete Your Medical Intake Form

You will complete a secure online medical intake form that includes:

Health Information

  • Medical history and current diagnoses

  • Current medications and supplements

  • Previous surgeries

  • Allergies

  • Family medical history

  • Weight and body composition information

  • Sleep habits

  • Lifestyle factors

  • Wellness goals

Upload Supporting Documents

You may upload:

  • Your Advanced Blood Panel results

  • Additional laboratory results completed within the last 12 months

Required Consents

You will review and sign required documents, including:

  • Telehealth consent

  • Acknowledgment that treatment decisions are made solely by an independent licensed physician

  • Acknowledgment that results cannot be guaranteed

Physician Review Fee

As part of the medical intake process, there is a $20 Physician Review Fee paid directly to the independent medical group responsible for reviewing your information.

This fee:

  • Covers the physician's time spent reviewing your intake and medical history

  • Is processed securely through the medical platform

  • Is separate from the cost of your Fusion Wellness program

  • Does not guarantee approval or prescription of any medication

  • Is refunded in full if the physician does not approve treatment or prescribe medication

This fee is required before a physician can complete your medical review and make a treatment decision.

Step 4: Care Team Review

Once submitted, your information is securely routed to:

  1. The Care Team

  2. The Reviewing Physician

The Care Team may contact you if additional information is needed, including:

  • Medical history clarification

  • Additional laboratory results

  • Supporting documentation

Step 5: Physician Review & Prescription (If Appropriate)

The physician will review your complete medical profile and determine:

  • Whether you are an appropriate candidate for the requested program

  • Whether additional testing is needed

  • Whether treatment should be modified

Possible Outcomes

  • The requested treatment is approved

  • A different medication, peptide, or dosage is recommended

  • Additional testing is required before treatment

  • Treatment is not medically appropriate

No person or organization can guarantee approval before the physician completes this review.

Step 6: Pharmacy Preparation & Shipping

If a prescription is issued:

  • The prescription is sent to a state-licensed pharmacy

  • Your medication and/or peptides are prepared according to physician instructions

  • The pharmacy ships the medication directly to your home

Shipping timelines may vary based on pharmacy processing times and medication availability.

Step 7: Ongoing Monitoring, Labs & Adjustments

Your wellness journey continues after treatment begins.

Fusion Wellness provides ongoing support and check-ins to help monitor your progress, answer questions, and help keep you on track toward your wellness goals.

Follow-Up Monitoring

The Care Team and physician may request follow-up laboratory testing, especially for long-term programs.

Based on your progress and laboratory results:

  • Dosages may be adjusted by the physician

  • Additional recommendations may be made

  • Treatment may be paused or modified if safety concerns arise

Medical Emergencies

If you experience emergency symptoms such as:

  • Chest pain

  • Difficulty breathing

  • Severe allergic reactions

  • Any other serious medical emergency

Call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.

After receiving emergency care, notify the Care Team so your medical records can be updated appropriately.
